How It Works

Preorder Disclosure

- Products can differ from photos provided as they are subject to license approval.  

- ETAs are Estimated Time of Arrival, provided by the manufacturer, and can change at any time without notice.

- Preordering does not guarantee you will receive the items before your local retailers have it available.     

- If you preorder multiple items with differing ETAs, each item will be shipped as they arrive.

- On orders that contain preorder items, each item will be treated independently and will ship as they become available. 

We welcome our clients to reach out through our contact form. We do not receive any detailed information about individual SKUs and will not respond to requests asking for updates on items.  

We do screen every message and are only responding to critical requests such as address changes.
