How do Preorders work?
An item marked with “(Preorder)” means that this item is still under production from the manufacturer and is not immediately available for shipment.
If you combine a PREORDER item with IN-STOCK items, the IN-STOCK items will ship first and the PREORDER will ship once it arrives.
Preordering an item from our website means that we will reserve stock for you and ship your order as soon as the model completes production.
Preorders are all paid in full up front. Once the product arrives, it will ship immediately and you will be notified via email with your tracking information.
If your order was placed BEFORE January 2023, Preorders cannot be cancelled. An exception to this policy was made in December 2022 and exchange requests will be reviewed as we transition into the new policy.
If your order was placed AFTER January 2023, Preorders can be cancelled with a 20% cancellation fee. This will be deducted from the amount that you paid and partially refunded. In lieu of the 20% cancellation fee, we welcome requests to exchange for other items in which the full order value will be considered.
How long do Preorders take?
All preorders should be noted in the description with their APPROXIMATE time of arrival.
Please note that release dates are ETA’s provided by the brand. Unrivaled USA is not responsible for any delay in delivery due to production or logistics.
When will my Preorders ship?
All preorders will ship once they arrive. Some items may be delayed due to circumstance out of Unrivaled USA's control.
If there are any major issues or cancellations from the distributor or manufacturer, you will be notified via refund immediately.
Has my order shipped?
Tracking will be provided for all received orders within 24 to 48 hours of fulfillment.

All orders are typically shipped the next day order is placed or the day after (just depends on how much there is to ship).
We will notify you via e-mail with your tracking number after your order has shipped.
These notifications sometimes may not be posted until the next business day due to the high volume of orders we process.
What is the status on my order? Can I get an update on my order?
On preorder items, the said item is still in its production phase. When in production, the manufacturer will provide a general ETA to its distributors. The distributors will provide this ETA to dealers, like Unrivaled USA. This ETA can be found in the item description for each product. No further details are provided on any item until that item has been received by the distributor. In most cases, Unrivaled USA is notified via email of items that have arrived and are ready to schedule transit or will call.

On in-stock items, our typical handling time is 2-3 business days from receiving the order. Some factors that may delay our handling time are as follows, but not limited to:
- Replenishment of shipping supplies.
- Item/s do not pass quality control prior to fulfillment.
- Fulfillment queue/schedule adjusted to focus on specific items.
How do I track my order?
Your order tracking information will be sent to you automatically after your order has shipped. Please note that this information sometimes may not be posted until the next business day due to the high volume of orders we process.
How do I cancel my order?
At Unrivaled USA, we strive to provide the best possible service to our customers. Cancellation requests can be made through our contact from. There is a 20% restocking fee on ALL orders and preorders cancelled or returned. By making a purchase with us, you agree to our company’s policies.
In the rare event that we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to resolve the issue.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We do intend to offer international shipping in the future so stick around!
